The principal company of the group is Super Scientific Works Pvt.Ltd.,an ISO 9001:2002 certified company engaged in the manufacture of Borosilicate Glass Process equipment. Super Scientific Works is the industry leader. Super Industrial Lining is the polymer division of the group engaged in the manufacture of PTFE products. Chemcon was set up in the year 1996 with a view of providing technical consultancy in the field of chemicals and also to produce quality chemicals. The company, in a short span of seven years, has grown hundred fold and is constantly striving for excellence.
Chemcon manufactures Pharmaceutical intermediates and silicones in its plant,located near Vadodara in Gujarat State in Western India. The facility is located in the midst of farm lands and merges harmoniously with the environment.
The present range of products include Hexamethyldisilazane, Trimethylchlorosilane and Pyridine Hydrobromide. Chemcon is market leader in Hexamethyldisilazane. The process for all these have been developed in-house by a team of dedicated professionals.

In its endeavor to become global leader, Chemcon has initiated work on obtaining ISO 9001:2002 certification, and implementation of GMP. As part of its commitment in environmental protection, the company will work on obtaining ISO 14001 certification.
Chemcon has so far invested Rs.140 million in plant, machinery and infrastructure, and provides employment to 150 people.
Chemcon has over 20,000 m2 of land with only 3000m2 built up area. Provisions for large green belts have been made in the master plan. The company works on zero effluent discharge. In –house developments have helped in recycling treated waste water for process. The company’s captive power generation ensures safe and uninterrupted operations.
Chemcon has registered phenomenal growth in its small life span of seven years. From a turnover of merely Rs.370 thousand in 1997-98, it has grown to nearly Rs.250 million in 2003 – 04. Blue prints have been worked out for achieving Rs.1000 million turnover by the year 2005.
